The Practice in Question

• There is no monetary sale of personal information by Dutyvest. The practice that engages this right is narrower — where ads are served, advertising and cookie identifiers may be shared with ad partners. Given how broadly the statutes define ‘sale’ and ‘share’, we assume it counts and provide the opt-out.
• This holds for all readers of dutyvest.com, whether they have interacted with us or not.

Making the Request

To exercise the right: enable Global Privacy Control in your browser (honoured automatically, no message needed); or refuse advertising cookies via the consent banner where shown; or send an email to hello@dutyvest.com with the subject ‘Do Not Sell or Share’. We will not ask you to create an account to do this.
