Do Not Sell
Do Not Sell or Share My Info
Last updated: 2026-08-12
Under the CCPA/CPRA and equivalent US state statutes you may direct a business to stop selling or sharing your personal information for targeted advertising. Here is what that means on this site, and how to do it.
Afterwards
The practical result: identifiers stop going to advertising partners, ads become generic rather than personalised, and nothing else differs. You keep full access to the site and we do not treat opted-out readers differently.
The Practice in Question
- There is no monetary sale of personal information by Dutyvest. The practice that engages this right is narrower — where ads are served, advertising and cookie identifiers may be shared with ad partners. Given how broadly the statutes define ‘sale’ and ‘share’, we assume it counts and provide the opt-out.
- This holds for all readers of dutyvest.com, whether they have interacted with us or not.
Making the Request
To exercise the right: enable Global Privacy Control in your browser (honoured automatically, no message needed); or refuse advertising cookies via the consent banner where shown; or send an email to hello@dutyvest.com with the subject ‘Do Not Sell or Share’. We will not ask you to create an account to do this.
The State Privacy Notice sets out every right these statutes provide, not just this one.
