Your Control

You may request access to the personal information we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Some states also allow you to appeal a refusal. Exercising any of this will not get you worse service, higher prices, or reduced access — discrimination for using these rights is prohibited and we do not do it.

On Sale and Sharing

Nothing is sold for cash. Where advertising appears on dutyvest.com, advertising identifiers may nonetheless be shared with partners, and the statutory definitions of ‘sale’ and ‘sharing’ are broad enough to cover that arrangement. You may opt out — see Do Not Sell or Share My Information. We do not knowingly sell or share the data of minors under 16.

Personal Information Categories

What is covered: identifiers, including IP address and cookie or device IDs; internet activity, meaning your navigation of this site; and, if you gave one, an email address. These reach us from your own browser and from analytics or advertising partners where such partners are active.

Send requests to hello@dutyvest.com. The Global Privacy Control browser signal is honoured automatically and is the simplest way to opt out. We verify identity by replying to the address that contacted us, respond within the time allowed by the applicable state law, and accept requests from an authorised agent with written proof of authority.
